STEP 1: RESEARCH

STEP 2: BUDGET

STEP 3: GET PRE-APPROVED

A pre-approval letter from your bank is required to submit an offer on a house. They are usually valid for 60-90 days and involve a hard inquiry on your credit score.

STEP 3: ACCEPTING OFFERS

The best offer contains the best terms with the highest probability of closing.

There will be several judgement calls during this process that can affect the deal. Understanding the terms of the offer is our specialty and we pride ourselves on protecting your interest.

STEP 4: CLOSING

The closing phase of a sale is all about the documentation. Our closing administration team will ensure that all of the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted. You will need to be available by email for approximately four weeks after accepting an offer to electronically sign. The final day of closing can be done in person locally or remotely by a notary.
